Empowering Structures

"Empowering Structures: Human + Machine" brings together the visionary practices of Camil Williams and Joel Kuntz (Mr. GloboBot) in a dynamic dialogue where the body and the built environment converge as living technologies. Williams’ Melagexenic Collection reimagines the body as both code and cultural archive—an evolving, iconic structure shaped by history, displacement, and futurity—while Kuntz transforms global skylines into sentient robotic forms, revealing architecture as fragmented yet unified bodies. Together, their works suggest that both human and machine are products of adaptation, design, and memory, positioning the body not only as a personal and political site, but as a blueprint for innovation. This exhibition invites viewers to consider how identity, technology, and iconic structures intertwine, forming new empowered systems that bridge organic life and mechanical imagination.
